Students are requested to bring their own laptop or tablet (and charger) with them to class.

use for the exam session at no additional charge.

Illinois law requiresthat all food service establishments have one Certified Food Protection Manager in a food service facility PER SHIFT during operating hours.
The ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification meets the requirements of the law.
The ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification is the LEADING food safety certification and is nationally recognized and accredited. To date, more than 3 million ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certifications have been awarded. Classes listed to the right are available for registration. EnrollmentEnrollment is available for an entire 8-hour class, or for the exam session only. To enroll using your credit card, please visit our online store.
If attending the exam session only, you must provide proof of completion of a ANSI-certified food safety course (such as ServSafe) in order to take the exam. Custom Class SchedulingWe offer classes at your location and on your schedule. A minimum enrollment of ten (10) people is typically required. Discounted class pricing is available for groups of fifteen (15) or more. Online Classes in IllinoisHHC does offer the ServSafe Food Protection Manager class online. However, please be aware of the following:
ServSafe Exam Scores & CertificatesServSafe no longer prints physical certificates. Instead, certificates can be printed by the certificate holder by visiting www.servsafe.com. Certificate holders need to create an account on the ServSafe website, then click on “My Account” and finally “My Certificates” to view or print their certificate. There is no charge for saving or printing the certificate.
HHC will provide students one copy of their certificate at no additional charge. Additional copies are $10.00 each. Please contact us by phone to order a copy. Please note that HHC can only print certificates for those individuals who attended a class with HHC. |
